4. How We Protect Your Information. The privacy and protection of your information is important to us. We do not make any personal information available to third parties without your express consent.

You Express Consent in Writing that: By submitting contact information, you are consenting with written permission to receive communications from our team and company via email, phone, and to your address. This pertains to the information you’ve entered into the ‘contact form on this website or information you choose to provide us later.

Calls, Texts, And Emails: You may receive messages from telemarketers through email and landline phones. The messages may include text messages (MMS and SMS) and automatically generated emails, as well as ones manually sent to you.

Automatic Dialing: Automatic dialer systems employing a human being, an artificial intelligence system, or a prerecorded message system with robot texts may be received but to which your carrier’s standard rates apply.

Opting Out and Revoking Consent – We recognize your right to revoke consent when it comes to receiving communication from us. The easiest way is to reply “STOP” to any of our emails or texts or by any other means. We will then make a reasonable effort to comply with seizing all communication with you. However, you would have essentially opted out. That said, it may take up to 30 days from the time you communicate “STOP” to when the communication seizes if you use any other method than an automatic reply of “STOP.” By opting out, you are automatically consenting to receive a final text message or email informing and confirming you are opting out.

You can also revoke your consent to receiving emails from us by using the “unsubscribe” link within the email, on our website, or by any other means. We then try to comply with your request. By “unsubscribing,” you are automatically revoking consent to receive any further communication from us. However, using any other method may result in taking up to 30 days for us to comply with your request to “unsubscribe.” Using the “unsubscribe” link will also stop text communications from us.

Communication Frequency – The frequency at which we send out communications varies, as determined by the realtor communicating with you.
